Message	From what I have read and seen they have setup test stations throughout the metro area and if you drive by one 2 months before you are set to expire on your current emissions and pass, you get the next two years exempt. I think they have it set up so you must be accelerating and it can not be a windy day as well. I do not believe they ticket or track down fails(yet?).
